House Nouse’s service can be tailor-made to suit your needs. It will very much depend on how much spare time you have to conduct your own search, selection and letting.  To help you make up your mind as to how much involvement you want us to have, we have put together a menu of options;

Starter Service

Fee of £95

This service includes 2 hours advice from Nick House. It is designed for those buyers who feel that they only require a minimal amount of guidance. You are likely to have the time and inclination to carry out the search, selection and letting yourselves. Any additional hours will be charged at £50 per hour. Any mileage from Nick’s home address will be charged at 42p per mile

Selection Service

Fee of £450

The Selection Service will appeal to those buyers who want to undertake their own property search but feel as though they need an expert  second opinion on choosing the right one. The fee includes;

• A 3 month agreement.
• A 2 hour meeting at your home address to discuss your requirements
• Followed by 6 hours of advice on assessing properties you have short listed. Any additional hours will be charged at £50 and mileage incurred for any viewings at 42p.

Search & Selection Service

Fee of £950
Plus a Success Fee of 0.75% of the purchase price.

The Search and Selection Service is aimed at those owners who do not have the time to find, buy and let property. The fee includes;

• A 6 month agreement
• A 2 hour meeting at your home address to discuss your requirements
• Nick will produce a short list of at least 3 suitable purchases. Nick will accompany you on any viewings. Followed by 8 hours of advice on assessing properties you have short listed. Any additional hours will be charged at £50. Mileage will be charged at 42p.
