Property Evaluation Service

This service is aimed at those owners with an existing property.

• Site visit  -                                                                                                                     £100
      Mileage charged extra at 42p per mile;

• Action plan – 4 page written report following up site visit;                         £400

• Additional time – Hourly charge                                                                          £50

Property Finding Service

This service is for those owners looking to buy a property to holiday let. The fee is paid in 2 instalments.

1) 1) Registration fee;                                                                                                      £1,000

This is a deposit to enable the search to commence. The fee commits The House Nouse Company to a 6 month search period During this period a minimum of 3 properties will be submitted to the client. Each will have been viewed by Nick House. The registration fee is non-refundable. A renewal fee of £750 is payable to extend the search period for a further 6 months.

2) Completion fee;                                                                                                            0.5%

This fee is payable on exchange of contracts on the purchase. It is Calculated at 0.5% of the purchase price.
