We have 18 years experience of letting self-catering accommodation all over the UK from small cottages to grand manor houses. Armed with this first hand knowledge we are very familiar with variations in holiday demand, rents and the likely incomes you could expect from your investment wherever it may be. Subject to pre-agreeing fees we are available and willing to travel long distances from our office in the Cotswolds to view property on your behalf . Our mobility will be of particular interest to buyers from the British expatriate community currently living outside the UK, saving them the time and cost of several trips back.
