What do you receive for the search and selection service?
We will provide you with a short list of at least 3 properties for you to view. These will match the selection criteria agreed with you. Every property on this list will have been visited by us and you will receive a written report of our findings.
How much do we charge for the search and selection service?
We charge fixed fees as set out in the table below. The minimum charge is £2,000. The total charge for a successful outcome completed from a 6 month search agreement will be £5,950. VAT is not chargeable.The figure includes our travelling expenses and is broken down as follows;

a) Search Fee. The deposit is payable upfront. The balance falls due once the vendor has accepted your offer.
b) Success Fee. This falls due within 14 days of completing the purchase.
c) Renewal fee. Should we fail to find a suitable property within 6 months, the search period can be extended by an additional 6 months for a renewal fee of £1,500.
d) VAT is not applicable.
What do we charge for property management and lettings?
A separate agreement for these services will apply which will come into effect once the property has been acquired. Our charges will vary depending on what level of management you require. Please ask for further details.
If you have already found a property to buy or you currently own a holiday let, what do we charge for consultancy advice?
Our hourly rate is £50 and £400 for a full day. For example if you were interested in us viewing a property and compiling a 5 page report, the charge would be between £300 and £500 depending on the location and distance from our office in Worcestershire.
